• Develop and conduct training for credit analyst staff.
• Support manager in drafting Credit SOP, modules, etc.
• Monitor credit analyst staff performance.
• Handle operational & administration processes (in collaboration with internal team) such as preparing the documents, scheduling and setting up meetings, etc.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months experience in leading Credit Analyst team.
• Have at least 2 years experience as a Credit Analyst (Capital Credit analyst will be a plus).
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficient with corporate productivity tools (Gsuite & Microsoft Office).
