👑 Job Role

• Responsible for managing technical FAQs & after sales into websites, social media, branches, and others
• Responsible for supporting accessories supply, analyzing accessories trends & traffic, and managing accessories omzet regularly
• Prepare campaign programs for after sales and accessories
• Ensuring day to day operations and achieving product sales targets
• Exploring fresh ideas for improvements and enhancements
• Support and promote the CS agenda and regular events
• Regular monitoring of Customer Loyalty Management events or activities

⛩️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Management, Marketing, Management, and Statistics
• Good understanding of electronics products or retailers industry
• At least 2-4 years of working experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, Retail, or E-Commerce
