We are an operation and technology-heavy startup focusing on delivering distributed solar power solutions to businesses across Indonesia. Currently we are looking for a highly driven candidates who yearns for the fast-evolving challenges in a startup environment for the following role:

Vice President Marketing

Responsibilities

• Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
• Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
• Build long term relationships with employees, clients, government officials and stakeholders
• Actively scout for leads using marketing research, various online search tools and data banks available online
• Generate Lead for the sales
• Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies
• Manage marketing partners
• Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
• Ensure tangible leads are generated for sales people

Qualifications

• Highly-determined in obtaining his/her objectives
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to travel required. Must have a can-do attitude and interest in advancing clean energy in Indonesia
• Great interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have
• Relationships with multiple customers including Commercial and Industrial accounts a bonus.
• 10+ years related experience in Sales and Marketing
• Team player
• Based in Indonesia

• Well-informed of current affairs in general and the industry in particular (Solar PV / renewable energy)
• Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to take Quick Decisions- person possessing High Deliverables skill set is desired
• Should be Creative and offering 'out of the box' solutions for lead generations
