Senior Business Development Manager

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• New Business Generation:
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and strategic alliances.
• Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with the executive team to align business development initiatives with overall company strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships to drive business growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
• Lead negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close business deals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and execute effective business strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles. (at least 5 to 8 years of experiences in business development, sales, or a related field)
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
