What You Will Do:

• Conducting business meeting with potential clients/ partners to generate new leads.
• Set up commercial activities to achieve target on sales related with budget, cost, volume, and efficiency.
• Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for business growth.
• Run commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight/ recommendation/ survey.
• Ensure a smooth customer on-boarding and internal alignments.
• Assist in conducting agreement document with brand partners.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, applicable to all financial and nonfinancial transactions.
• Monitor and updates daily tracker reports across the cycle of customer acquisi)on to engagement success.
• Conduct research/ market survey for new business opportunities, trends, and strategies.
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing business partners.
• Scheduling of events or business meeting represent the company when needed as well as conducting business proposal presentation and pitching to potential partners.
• Consolidating and presenting internal and external data to determine next action plans.

What You Will Need:

• Excellent in Microsoft Offices preferrable Ms. Excel and Power Point.
• Possess strong business negotiation abilities, good presentation, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, has the ability to embrace a high intensity, KPI driven, sales environment.
• Experience in E-Commerce, digital marketing, business development, trading, retail, distributor industry, and/ or logistic is beneficial.
• 1+ year of sales or marketing experience, digital sales marketing would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English both oral and written, Mandarin is a plus.
