At KarirLab, we are driven by our mission to transform recruitment and employment services. We're looking for an exceptional B2B Employer - Business Operations Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in delivering KarirLab services to our employer clients, ranging from job posting and curation to company events, candidate assessments, interviews and training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a meticulous and organized approach towards managing various projects.
• Oversee a range of recruitment projects, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and care.
• Deliver exceptional KarirLab services to our employer clients.
• Actively participate in company presentations, candidate assessments, and interviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or Partnership
• An unerring attention to detail; we are dealing with people's future careers and we take our responsibilities very seriously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word), Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Zoom
• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing/Communication/Business/Psychology or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience and passion for project management.
• Previous experience in SaaS, E-Commerce, or Tech-related industries is a plus
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably based in Jakarta and open to working from the office 2-3 times a week.
