About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Brand Partnership Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing extensive sales reports for suppliers and principals and generating valuable insights from the data acquired, specifically focusing on consumer behavior. This is a dynamic position that requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Utilise data analysis techniques to uncover insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and purchase patterns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and brand partners.
• Monitor and track the performance of brand partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
• Analyse extensive sales reports for suppliers and principals to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the other team to develop strategic recommendations based on the analysis and insights.

Job Requirements

In order to launch successfully, you need to have:

• Digital or e-commerce savvy
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role or scope of work, preferably in an e-commerce company, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales analysis and consumer behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• A passion for the grocery industry and an eagerness to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments.
• Ability to operate Google Dashboard
• Demonstrated self-starter and reliable.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and GSuites (Excel and PowerPoint or Gdocs and Gsheets)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or analytics. Fresh graduates with stellar profiles are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
