Transfez - Marketing Partnership

Transfez is building a fair financial service for the borderless people. Our mission is to help our customers and communities in which we operate to have easy access to fair financial service, empower them to have control, and eventually improve their financial wellness.

Since our founding more than two years ago, we have rapidly grown to become a key player in the cross-border payment sector in Indonesia. In addition to our cross-border payment services, we now offer a range of financial products and services designed for both individuals and businesses. Our product offerings have experienced significant growth, and we are constantly expanding and improving our offerings to better serve our customers. We are regulated by Bank Indonesia in Indonesia, and are expanding our operations into other jurisdictions. We are also backed by some of the region's most prominent investors.

As our product offerings have expanded, we are also expanding our team to match our own growth. We are looking for team players who are passionate about creating solutions for our customers and communities. As part of a small and lean team, you will have a very direct impact on the success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Tracking on customer feedback and reviews, also measuring the effectiveness of various community activities
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Respond to comments and community members' queries in a timely manner
• Monitor and report on feedback and community reviews
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and existing community
• Liaise with Product and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B Partnership
• Ability to identify and track relevant qualified leads from partnership initiatives
• Must possess a strong willingness to actively participate in events, confidently engage with diverse individuals, and effectively cultivate collaborative relationships that can lead to valuable marketing partnerships and opportunities.
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching a B2B referral program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
• Excellent communicator, able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Registered or involved in community (any kind)
• Excellent verbal communication skills
