Job Description
About The Role
This position plays a crucial role in building Gojek's brand identity by bringing it to life, making it relevant, and approachable to the target audience. The ideal candidate for this role must have a deep understanding of the diverse consumer demographics across personal, collective, and cultural aspects. Their primary responsibility is to create a solid and robust brand plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
Coordination with stakeholders becomes a key strength to drive holistic brand campaigns. The successful candidate must be adept at orchestrating multiple stakeholders from different business units, corporate affairs, regional operations teams, and other departments as needed. Effective stakeholder coordination ensures that brand campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
As a brand representative, the person in this role must ensure that all campaign and activity outputs are of the highest quality, delivered on time, and completed. This involves closely monitoring and evaluating the brand's performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure that the brand remains competitive and engaging to the target audience.
In summary, the person responsible for building Gojek's brand must have a solid understanding of the target audience, be skilled in coordinating with stakeholders from various departments, and be committed to ensuring the brand remains competitive and engaging.
What You Will Do
  • Attract and manage effective marketing assets and content across Paid, Organic, Brand, Content, and Creative
  • Ensure smooth effective collaboration across cross-functional teams such as the Product, Growth & Data team
  • Develop the company's brand as purpose-driven and clear positioning against competitors working closely with the product team
  • Lead brand campaigns by orchestrating by becoming the central hub - (Products, Creative, Media, CA, etc)
  • Act as the voice of the customer and guide the company in organizing around the customer’s needs. This includes conducting customer research and applying insights to other initiatives
  • Effectively strategize and execute long-term marketing plans and short-term tactical activities to support business outcomes in customer acquisition and retention/engagement
  • Support the product team in communicating the value propositions to customers, including content ideation, marketing collaterals, and toolkits
  • Help Gojek grow users by tapping into potential segmentations
  • Responsible to build Gojek's brand equity to be the Top of Mind Brand in the category
What You Will Need
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinker able to successfully partner with various company functions to achieve company goals and align with customer needs
  • Having data analytic skills and a vast understanding of digital marketing is preferable
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on brand management and end-to-end marketing
  • Outstanding oral and written communications and presentation skills in English and Bahasa
  • Strong experience and proven track record of brand building, growing, and shaping marketing strategy
  • Proficient and experienced in dealing with media partners, creative agencies, social listening, and partnerships
  • Proven record of working with complex organization and intense cross collaborations (interpersonal skill is required)
