About The Role


Put on your helmet and get ready for an adventure as our Brand Executive for Gojek Logistics! In this exciting role, you'll oversee the growth and development strategy of multiple logistics products and innovations. You'll work closely with our talented Logistics Marketing team in Jakarta, Indonesia, and lead the charge in implementing our brand vision into strategy, planning amazing campaigns, and handling end-to-end marketing initiatives. You'll be joined by a team of experts in brand, product, analytics, creative, media, and strategy, all working together to keep Gojek Logistics at the top of the market. What You Will Do
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Close collaboration with various teams across the organization, such as product development, corporate affairs, government relations, business teams, customer support, and driver engagement teams, will be essential to ensure that the brand's messaging is in harmony with the company's overall strategy
  • Overseeing Brand Asset and Media Management: You will be responsible for managing the brand's social media presence and actively engaging with followers to foster a strong sense of community around the brand
  • Measuring and Analyzing Performance: Tracking the performance of the brand's marketing initiatives and carefully analyzing relevant data will enable you to identify areas for improvement and potential areas of growth
  • Conducting Market Research: Staying well-informed about the latest market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior will be essential for identifying potential new opportunities that could further strengthen the brand's position in the market
  • Creating Effective Marketing Campaigns: Your creative input will be vital in crafting impactful marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message to the target audience. You will oversee the entire campaign development process, from generating insights and creating compelling creative content to media planning and conducting post-campaign analysis
  • Managing Brand's Visual Identity: Ensuring consistency across all channels in terms of the brand's visual identity, including logos, colors, and other visual elements, will be a key aspect of your responsibilities
  • Developing and Implementing Brand Strategy: You will play a crucial role in contributing to the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns harmoniously with the company's overarching business objectives
  • Protecting the Brand's Reputation: Your vigilance in monitoring the brand's reputation and promptly addressing any negative feedback or reviews will play a crucial role in safeguarding and enhancing the brand's image in the market
What You Will Need


  • Experience in end-to-end campaign development, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Capable of problem-solving and strategic thinking to identify business opportunities that address user concerns, contributing to company growth
  • Proficiency in crafting effective marketing, communication, and business strategies
  • Experience in brand health tracking, reporting, trend monitoring, and developing improvement plans
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in roles such as brand or product marketing manager, analytics manager, or strategy & planning manager within the technology industry
  • A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communication from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-disciplinary stakeholders and lead communication plans for internal teams
