You will report directly to Technical Director of PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, one of the top 5 general insurance companies in Indonesia. We have strong financial performance that recognized through A- Stable Outlook status from a reputable credit rating agency in the world, AM Best.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out marketing activities for dealer & leasing insurance products to ensure the targets are achieved.
• Attract new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities and build relationship
• Deliver excellent customer service, and keep up high level SLA by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients
• Work with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand
• Keep up to date with current market conditions and competitors' products.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with min TOEFL >450 or TOEIC >550
• Strong Analytical thinking, Fast Learner, High attention to reach target, and Positive Attitude
• Min Bachelor Degree in any major
• Having relationship building and excellent communication skill is a must.
• Insurance certification A3IK is preferred
• At least 6 years of working experiences in the related fields is required for this position
