Job Description

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new clients to expand our customer base. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring their needs and requirements are met effectively. Your role involves promoting our products or services, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
  3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
  5. Collaborate with management team to drive sales & revenue target
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing to potential clients.
  7. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  9. Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in professional development opportunities.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  3. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  6. Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  7. Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
  10. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business-related events.
