Why this role is exciting!
The Channel Partner Executive will oversee the early-stage engagement of new channel partners, with a focus on Agencies, Consultants and Technology Integration Partners (CDPs, MMPs, E-commerce Platforms). This role is essential to the long term success of our growing ecosystem of Channel Partners and requires a structured, methodical approach to ensure partners receive a great experience when working with impact.com.
We are looking for a great operator who can support the Channel Partnerships team in sourcing new partner opportunities, advancing relationships and ensuring that our partner ecosystem continues to grow.
This role with support our growing Indonesia market.
What you will be doing:
- Update the internal CRM daily with all interactions with channel partners and maintains accurate reporting on all leads, outbound referrals, inbound referrals, renewals, and client portfolios
- Assist with the inbound referral process between channel partners and impact.com Sales, including updating CRM with appropriate information related to leads and opportunities
- Manage the impact.com APAC referral program to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities
- Proactive outreach to new channel partners, setting meetings for Channel Partnerships Managers
- Evaluate and blueprint new Channel Partners across Indonesia: Agencies, Consultancies, Tech Integration Partners, Alliances
- Coordinate with marketing to develop co-marketing material, support with events and network with partners
- Maintain updated channel partner information on file and stored in CRM for outbound referral purposes
- Support the preparation of business reviews with channel partners to encourage leads and opportunities
- Create and execute messaging cadences to keep partners up to date on Impact.com and drive engagement at scale
Does this sound like you?
- Previous experience supporting SaaS products (1-2 years)
- Moderate to advanced experience using Salesforce or similar Sales CRM
- Moderate knowledge of Impact.com products
- Moderate understanding of agency and tech integration partner landscape
- Previous experience with affiliate marketing or influencer management technology platform (advantageous)
- Channel Partnerships experience (advantageous)
- Fluent in English and Bahas
