Job Description


  • Identify partners performance and initiate any improvement projects that align to business growth
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership projects and create plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality results
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to execute strategic plans for partnerships
  • Archive and manage all partner’s campaign assets
  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with Shopee’s key partners


Requirements


  • Proficient in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree and above with 2+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders to execute strategic plans
  • Proven ability to operate Microsoft Excel
