Bachelor’s degree and above with 2+ years of experience in relevant field

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external parties

Develop and maintain a close relationship with Shopee’s key partners

Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to execute strategic plans for partnerships

Strong leadership skills and experience in team management

Previous work experience in partnership development, event management, or commercial roles, especially in Food & Beverage Industry

Design, organize, and manage various types of events, such as product promotions, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

Creative, innovative, and strategic thinking abilities.

Omnichannel messenger flow, OTP and in app chat SDK product knowledge

Collaborate with other team to execute non-marketing initiatives (e.g. product, sales)

Own the relationship with Marketing team of partners, to create continuous collaboration in defining and driving strategy

Pendidikan minimal D3 semua jurusan, diutamakan jurusan marketing, public relation, dan jurusan yang relevan

Menguasai Aplikasi Blasting WhatsApp dan Email Blasting

Menguasai Microsoft Office and Google Sheet (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Mampu menggunakan Canva / aplikasi editing lain lebih diutamakan

Mampu membuat dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan administrasi project seperti kartu kendali dan survey kepuasan peserta pelatihan
