Job Description

As a Marketing Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and executing strategic partnerships that will expand our company's marketing reach. You will be responsible for the entire partnership lifecycle, from researching and identifying potential partners to negotiating and closing partnership agreements.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:


Research Potential Partners:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitors to discover new opportunities.


Approach Potential Partners:

  • Clearly and persuasively present the benefits of the partnership.
  • Contact potential partners through email, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings.


Contract Negotiation:

  • Ensure that partnership agreements reflect the company's interests and objectives.
  • Manage the contract negotiation process, including pricing, terms, and conditions.


Partnership Development Plan:

  • Develop a comprehensive partnership plan, including sales, marketing, and promotional targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into the company's marketing strategy.


Implementation and Tracking:

  • Track and measure partnership performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure the partnership is executed according to the established plan.


Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partnership counterparts.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and address any issues that may arise during the partnership.


Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management or marketing.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate with various departments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective communication.
