Job Description
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives
  • Work closely with various departments (Merchandizing, Sales, Finance etc.) to ensure consistent messaging, brand identity, and consumer experience across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain brand DNA together with its guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, visual identify and customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Manage the brand management, creative direction, and strategic thinking will drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our business.
  • Responsible for developing and executing the overall brand strategy to enhance our brand health funnel, reputation, and market position.
  • Conduct market research , competitor analysis and customer insights to identify brands, opportunities and threat, and develop actionable strategies to position the brand effectively
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in brand management and proactively identify innovative opportunities to enhance the brand’s impact
  • Monitor brand performance such as brand awareness, customer perception and market share and leverage data-driven insights to optimize brand strategies and initiatives
  • Oversee the development and execution of creative assets, including advertising campaigns, digital content packaging and other brand collaterals, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with target audience.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Strong in presentation skill
  • Bachelor Degree from any reputable University
  • At least has 10 years working experienced in Financial Services also has expertise in brand management, marketing strategic, digital marketing, market research and performance marketing
  • Has a good communication in English as verbal and written
  • Able to work in fast paced working environments
