Title of Position: Medical Marketing Manager

Reports to: Therapeutic Area Lead

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities:

1.Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders regarding marketing activities, developing marketing content and monitoring consumer insight & feedback to the products.

2.Focus on products promotion and development by overseeing the design and marketing strategies tailored for a specific product.

3.Develop and monitoring customer activation strategies focus on improving the customer experience by using both qualitative and quantitative data.

4.Lead the listing process of the products to chain hospital, private, and public insurance.

5.Manage routinely coordination with third parties related to stock estimation, shipping, and stock distribution (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly).

6.To be the person in charge for all scientific and public seminars in collaboration with Hospital/Association/Institution including preparation, execution, and evaluation of the event.

7.Execute the omni channel marketing activities optimally, measurably, and on the right track and schedule in collaboration.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1.Science Degree essential (Medical Doctor/ Biomedical Science/Pharmacy)

2.Previous experience in Oncology preferred.

3.At least 3 years of experience in marketing or medical role in pharmaceutical industries.

4.Continuous improvement mindset.

5.High degree of strategic thinking skill and analytical thinking skill.

6.Self-driven and independent.

7.Strong flair for communication with excellent relationship building and presentation skills.

8.Overseas travel will be required.
