Your Task:

1. Develop the business strategies to enlarge Modern Trade and Medical channel.
2. Establish the retailer performance standards for our brands (distribution, shelving, pricing, assortment, and merchandising strategies). Proactively develop plans to close the gaps.
3. Trade investment funds budget planning and optimization.
4. Ensure product launch plans of new Hansaplast products are designed to meet success criteria among strategic retailers.
5. Delivers winning building blocks for a market/channel, including strong plans for base and innovation.
6. Develops category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling.
7. Delivers Annual Business Planning process (ABP) and works with Selling teams for activation.
8. Ensures strategies are consistent with the company’s stewardship guidelines.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree in any fields with an excellent academic background.
2. Must have more than one year of experience in trade marketing-related area.
3. Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership. Have strong analytical thinking and skills.
4. Curious individuals can make complex decisions using all the available data but comfortable enough to use their gut feeling and instinct when these are missing.
5. Proficient in English
6. Ever worked for FMCG and Pharmacy Consumer Health Care would be an advantage.
