Lead and ensure projects delivery runs well

Understand client's need and provide solution recommendations according to client's needs

Prepare and deliver reports and presentations for clients

Clearly communicating company values and updating clients on any new products, programs, or marketing initiatives

Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings

Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and increase retention client

Collaborate and maintain relationships with other parties, internal or external parties, with the objective of achieving the target and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Provide feedback to internal teams on product development and customer needs

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the mental health industry

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Passionate in sales, result oriented and track record of resilience

Have high interest in HR and knowledge of mental health & wellness is a plus

Preferably has experience working in startup environment and ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment

Will be located in Jakarta
