Job brief :

Collection Manager will have whole responsible for desk and field collection activities in order to maximizing collected amount.

You will have responsibility to lead collection team and always need to update our collection process by implementing your experience, knowledge and ideas in order to build the best collection process all over the world.

Responsibilities :

• Educate junior members
• Maximize the credit check pass rate with managing our risks
• Create collection strategy and execute it
• Lead desk collection and field collection members as division head
• Maximize collected amount by desk and field collection

Requirements :

• More than 3 years experience to lead a team
• Strong sympathy for the company mission
• Strong commitment to results, growth orientation and responsibility
• Have SIM & Can drive car & motorcycle
• Have SPPI certification will be a plus point
• Strong communication and negotiation skill
• Fluent English skill
• More than 5 years experience as Collection in consumer loans
