Ar Collections Officer Jobs

This position has important role in finance team to make sure all payment received reconcile in timely manner and the journal entry booked accurately with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up payment from customer and solve any issue regarding the collection
2. Maintain aging receivable
3. Reconcile payment received
4. Prepare and presentation weekly report
5. Willing to WFO
6. Any ad-hoc work based-on request

Qualifications:

1. Accounting bachelor graduate from reputable university
2. Minimum 2 years experience in AR collection (B2B)
3. Has good negotiation skill
4. English skills
5. Excellent excel/google spreadsheet skills and able processing data
6. Has minimum knowledge in indonesia tax regulation
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Presentation skills
9. Has high initiatives, high attention to detail and critical thinking
10. Digital savvy
