• Working towards achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding sales quotas set by the compay.
• Providing explanations/recommendations regarding Financial Services products.
• Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers.
• Placement Jabodetabek or East Java
• Engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, and presenting products or services that meet their requirements.
• Monitoring and reporting sales data to superiors.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills are essential for a Sales and Marketing Officer. This includes prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek or East Java.
• Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK) in any field.
• Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics is crucial.
• Possess at least 1 year of similar experience.
