Job Description
Job Opening - Warehouse Assistant Supervisor (Full-time)
Overview:Our Company is Southeast Asia's first full stack recommerce platform. Tackling the region's $19B in annual ecommerce returns, we've built reverse logistics software to improve returns handling and a recommerce platform to sell returned and overstock inventory across secondary channels. Our SaaS solution integrates with retailers and logistic providers to dramatically improve the return experience. Our recommerce solution makes liquidating inventory more profitable, efficient, and sustainable.


The Opportunity:As a Warehouse Assistant Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Company’s warehouse operations for its recommerce businesses. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in warehouse operations, strong problem solving skills, eagerness to collaborate across teams, a positive “can-do” attitude, and excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.Success in this role will be judged by the degree to which you can reliably, efficiently, and independently perform the tasks listed below and in so doing, contribute to the Company’s continued growth.
Key responsibilities:
  • Supervise the work flow of other warehouse staff to comply with SOPs
  • Be a leader for all warehouse staff
  • Ensuring the activities of inbound and outbound run stable.
  • Make planning, controlling and reporting
  • Coordinate with other internal parties related to project implementation or issue resolution
  • Control team performance and daily output
  • Supervise the implementation of warehouse system and escalate issues to Tech team
  • Supervise and check all incoming and outgoing goods
  • Responsible for assets, facilities and warehouse operations
  • Overseeing the operation and escalating any issues to Assistant Manager
  • Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly report

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in warehouse operations (Refer to the level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially in Word and Excel
  • Enthusiastic and target oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (writing and speaking)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Job is Tangerang-based.
