Job Description

Position : Collection Officer

Location : Jakarta


Role Summary & Responsibility : Execute all operation and administration activities for Billing related to the respective business partner and all distribution channels through dealing with external parties as well as the internal preparations.

  • Negotiate, consolidate, coordinate and maintain relationship with Business Partners and other unit
  • Monitor and evaluate result of all operation and administration activities related to billing process
  • Organize and coordinate within collection team related to billing process schedule
  • Provide analysis of billing result to make improvement

Requirements :

  • At least 2 year experience in billing of insurance company or other financial institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Visio
  • Analytical & Negotiation skill
  • Good analytical, problem solving skills & logical thinking
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any relevant majors.
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Customer focus & perseverance for continuous improvement
  • Agility to work with cross-functions team
