Job Description
  • Build and maintain mutual relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Prepares document and administration that needed
  • Coordinate with related departments
  • Sourcing, negotiate and provide item/vendor option/supply
  • Responsible for goods purchase (import and local) process.
  • Conduct to generate Purchasing Order
  • Provides purchasing planning by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Check incoming goods, tally with PO or packing list.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Can understand inventory condition and able to make procurement forecast.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to speak & write in English (Intermediate level)
  • Having experience in Manufacture Company is preferably
  • Have a knowledge about import/export regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
