Admin Purchasing Jobs

What will you do?

• Receiving the purchase and checking its quality.
• Documenting purchase evidence and compiling purchase reports as evidence that the purchase has indeed been conducted along with its details
• Provide confirmation of delivery to the logistics (accompanied by a letter of travel) and ensure the product is received.
• Coordinate with restaurant’s Stocker to manage and analyze restaurant’s request order
• Ensure that the product ordered is in accordance with the restaurant's needs based on the restaurant's stock data.
• Check the stock of each warehouse on a regular basis.
• Receive a PO from the restaurant before the goods are sent.
• Monitoring the process of goods delivery and ensuring that the ordered items arrive according to the estimation.
• Make a purchase order to the supplier if the product is less than the restaurant usage.
• Ensure that products sent to suppliers are received by the relevant warehouse.

Who are we looking for?

• Have a strong analytical thinking to analyze restaurant needs every week and every month
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
• Minimum D3/S1 Accounting graduate or any related major
• Experience in the F&B Industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suit
• Fresh graduate with internship experiences are welcome
• Willing to be placed in Muara Baru, Jakarta Utara
• Good communication and negotiation skill
