Responsibilities :
- Follow up user request (PR) dan create PO as user request, regarding to company policy
- Do price bidding, quality, specification and delivery time to get the best deal from supplier
-Follow up all Purchase order and make sure the delivery meet as user requested.
-Process and monitoring Invoice and Tax to Finance refer to company policy
-Create monthly purchasing report
-Build a good relationship to Supplier
-Sourcing for a new supplier
Qualifications :
-Bachelor Degree in any field
- Woman with detail oriented is preferable
-Have experienced in Purchasing import will be advantage,
-fresh graduate welcome to apply
-Have good skill in MS. Excel (Pivot)
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Have knowledge about Document of Exim, SAP Is a plus
- Good in English written, Mandarin preferable)
- Willing to Place at Pluit, Jakarta Utara
