Import & Local Shipment Staff

TNP Group is a retail company in the [jakarta - Kelapa gading] specializing in providing Mom and Baby products to our customers in various categories. We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Import and Local Shipment Junior Staff to join our team. If you are capable of Import regulation and document proficiency, This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management to kickstart their career in the retail industry.

Qualification

• Able to work in deadlines and disciplined
• Willing to work in Kelapa Gading - Jakarta Utara
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s):English, Bahasa Indonesia
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degreein any field.
• Required Skill(s): Import, export, LCL, Custom Clearance
• FLUENT ENGLISH
• At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

:

• Monitor daily operationand update for shipment status (import-export and local)
• Maintain a close relationship with third-party logistics partner
• Maintain comprehensive and updated records of all import declarations and supporting documents
• Organize transportation and logistics for import and local shipments
• Surveyor inspection processing (arranging inspection and monitoring payments)
• Review and check import documents (Shipping instructions, invoice, packing list, Form E, COO, BL, PIB, insurance, LS)
• Manage payments to vendors
