We are seeking a skilled GA Staff to join our team. The responsible will be managing all administration related to HR Matters.

What you'll do:

• Responsible forAuthorize reference letter for Employees.
• Responsible for Employee Benefit program operation (health benefit, etc).
• Managing Contract (PKWT/T) ; including Review new hires contracts, transfers, renewals, change status, salary adjustments.
• Colaborate with third party regarding to ID Group daily workers.
• Handling Payroll (including BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan).
• Managing HRIS related to absence, transfers, mutation, resign, time off.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources with a minimum GPA of 3,00
• Experience in problem-solving skill, multitasking skills and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skill and additional training/certification in Human Resources may be advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources on multinational or start-up company.
• Possess strong communication abilities both in writing and verbally, and be able to solve problems as well.
