Job Description

About Us :

PT. Giwang Kanaka is a national private company and was established on January 1990. The company activity is in general trading and particularly emphasizes in Projects.PT. Giwang Kanaka also acts as the agent/distributor/representative/local partner of well-established European Companies, among others: laboratory equipment for the environment, equipment for technical education, product of hydrogen and direct methanol fuel cells, and medical equipment.


:

Responsible to process and monitor purchase orders and ensuring delivery lead time is met, including project management, contract management, and overall deal succession.

•Preparing Correspondence and draft letter

•Compose and prepare documentation administrative.

•Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

•Create and maintain relationships with our customers and principals to better understand and achieve their needs.

•Well manage in time management and able to work overtime if necessary.

•Liaise with other internal support teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the operations


Qualifications

  • Honest, Self-Motivated, high integrity, able to work in team & independent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office skills and Internet skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and oral English.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Government / Public Sector.
  • Willing to learn new knowledge
  • Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree of any major
  • Result-driven, mature, independent and possess self-initiative
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
