Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling routine meetings and recording decisions (e.g., next steps, assigned tasks etc.)
  2. Preparing project reports
  3. Monitoring progress of the project and also addressing potential issues


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
  2. Prior experience as Project Administrator or a similar role in a financial industry
  3. Have knowledge for PMO, Project Management, Waterfalls & Agile methodology
  4. Experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules
  5. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  6. Have decent English


Required Skills:Project report; Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Budget Management.
