As a Management Trainee, you will engage in comprehensive training and immersive hands-on experiences across diverse departments, cultivating a profound understanding of our organization's operations and management practices. We need to combine academic success with strong leadership skills and robust experiences proven by the following attributes:

• Highly adaptable and willing to be placed where the company operate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with max 1-2 years of working experience. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Having demonstrated leadership experience or active involvement in extracurricular and or organizational activities, prior internship experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, possessing TOEFL/IELTS certification would be a plus.
• Willingness to be assigned in APL locations across Indonesia.
• Being a data analytics and digital enthusiast, having experience or proficiency with the related tools would be advantageous.
