We're seeking ambitious, talented Management Trainees (Fresh Graduates welcome) to join our Account Management team. As a trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience, learning how to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth in the ICT telecommunication sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting on sales results and suggesting improvements.
• Developing an understanding of our ICT solutions and market trends.
• Collaborating with team members and partners to devise effective sales strategies.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the latest industry developments and trends.
• Identifying new business opportunities and managing customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 in IT or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1 or 2 years experience in ICT is a huge plus.
