This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Forecast and Data Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of sales opportunities, data quality, sales forecasting, project management, customer relationship management, and internal control and compliance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your skills in a competitive, rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Act as the process PC for internal control and compliance management.
• Monitor deviations, identify risks, analyze, seek solutions, and monitor improvements.
• Take charge of sales project management and customer relationship management.
• Formulate and monitor customer management policies.
• Responsible for sales forecast management, tracking the progress, and retrospect of forecast implementation.
• Manage the end-to-end sales opportunities and maintain the data quality of these opportunities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, International Trade, Computer Science, or IT.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the telecom industry is preferred.
• Willing to work in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Proficiency in the Chinese language will be considered a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Proactive, innovative, with excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization.
• Basic knowledge of sales and business support, especially in the telecom industry.
• Skilled at Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• High risk sensitivity identification and judgment capability.
• Strong numeric, logic analysis, and inferential capability.
