Assistant Sales And Account Operation Jobs

Responsible for sales forecast management, tracking the progress, and retrospect of forecast implementation.

Take charge of sales project management and customer relationship management.

Formulate and monitor customer management policies.

Act as the process PC for internal control and compliance management.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, International Trade, Computer Science, or IT.

Manage the end-to-end sales opportunities and maintain the data quality of these opportunities.

Experience in implementing finance processes, policies and templates

Ensure that satisfactory treasury and accounting standards are used, compatible with Indonesian and international financial and administrative requirements.

Any other task related to finance and assets that may be required

Experience in financial tasks on international projects

Support the preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts for the Palembang and site project offices

Support on petty cash balance keeping and transactions in Palembang

Taking charge of local business management including multiple business aspect, bridging HQ & Frontline with operation strategy.

Account management by building trust and transparency with customers.

Work closely with project management, product, marketing teams and tech support teams to communicate root causes for customer success or failure.

Liaise with internal teams (BD/SDR/Marketing/Tele Sales/Finance etc) for making strategy, taking biz initiatives/ pitches forward and closure.

Experience in IAAS, SAAS, cloud or Information technology industry is strongly preferred

Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience

Describing the fluctuation analysis in detailed transaction and summarize in readable, reliable and clear report for management's review.

Has good managerial and organizational skill to lead the section.
