(Global Telco) Corporate Partner Development Manager - Distributors | System Integrator

Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools, network services, and telecommunication related needs. Our client's headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who's established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand business requirement and needs.
• Organizing resources to deliver comprehensive improvement solution.
• Analyzing the gap between partners' capabilities and Company business requirements.
• Help partners with annual joint business plan for both sales performance achievement and capability improvement target.
• Conduct and leverage resources support partner to improve sales performance if necessary.
• Support partners to achieve sales target as well as strategic targets.
• Responsible for partner's satisfactions improvement, including but not limited to handle channel conflicts/complains/action plan follow up.
• Developing long term business plan for partners in Indonesia market by good understanding of partner's business.
• Experienced in handling PAM (Partner Account Manager).
• Provide comprehensive solutions to support the channel business growth and solve the business pain points.

Requirements:

• Professional Certification: Cisco/Huawei Certification (CCIA/HCIA or above level).
• 3+ years Channel Sales (Distributors / System Integrator) experience is a must.
• Work experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba(HPE network) is preferred.
• 3+ years Channel Sales (Distributors / System Integrator) hands-on experience in ICT industry.
• Profound knowledge in main stream Indonesia partners & customers.
• Work experience in distributor or top system integrator is preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or other ICT related majors.
