(Global Ict) Account Manager - Telco Operator

About the Company


Our client is a multinational Chinese employer which is providing network tools, network services, and telecommunication related needs. Our client's headquarter is based on Shenzhen, Guangdong who's established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches, and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools, but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195,000 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Get customer trust to accomplish the order and revenue target.
• Identify opportunities, coordinate internal and external resources, and win projects through effective project operation.
• Transactions management, effectively cope with risks, and achieve business goals.
• Increase customer market share.
• Responsible for the account strategy, sales coverage plan, account plans and sales execution.
• Be responsible for achieving the sales, collection, revenue and market goals targets for the respective account.
• Pro-actively deliver new sales opportunity to internal team and customers.

Requirements:

• Have sales experience, and successful experience in project operation is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of all telco and ICT products is preferred.
• Open for Indonesian and Malaysian nationalities.
• 5 years in telecommunication industry and experience in customer relationship management.
• Able to communicate in Chinese is a plus.
• Bachelor Degree.
