Telco Recruiter

Requirements:

• Required language: English.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (HRIS).
• HRM/Psychology or the same industry background is a plus point.
• Proven work 2 years experience as a Recruiter specialized in Hiring for Telecommunication positions or in the same industry.

Job Roles:

• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
• Assessing candidates to ensure qualifications match and compatibility.
• Correctly and completely input data profile candidates in HRIS.
• Searching candidates via Database (HRIS), Search Engine (JobStreet, LinkedIn, and any other job portal), and references based on Requirements.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
• Using social media to advertise positions, and attract the candidates.
• Report weekly and monthly to Recruitment Manager acknowledged by Team Leader.
• Following up candidate while still ongoing process.
