We are looking for an experienced Account Manager Media Sales to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges. The account manager role is responsible for creating long-term trusting relationships with our customers, developing new business from existing clients, and actively seeking new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Requirement
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years as an Account Manager & Sales Account Manager in a digital agency or marketplace or eCommerce.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence the customers.
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), Google Workspace (Gdocs, Gsheet, GSlides).
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, and Marketing or relevant field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
