Role Overview: As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the bridge between our customers and our cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique security needs and challenges, and then effectively tailor our solutions to meet those requirements. Your role will involve not only presenting and pitching our solutions but also providing technical expertise to ensure successful installation and configuration on virtual machines, with a focus on Linux environments.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity industry to provide informed guidance to clients.
• Solution Presentation: Articulate the benefits and features of our cybersecurity solutions to clients in a compelling manner, effectively demonstrating how our offerings address their specific needs.
• Client Relationship: Foster strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on cybersecurity matters and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage the implementation of our solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment process.
• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth technical knowledge of our product suite, with the ability to guide clients through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, particularly in Linux environments.

Qualifications:

• Project management skills to effectively coordinate deployments and ensure client success.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies, particularly EDR, Open XDR, Threat Intelligence, and Linux environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in technical account management, solution engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
