The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquisition of new customers and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers. They have to be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our products and services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. They will also responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They have to effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting and achieving business targets by offering IT product, services and solutions to customers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Update and maintain the database with sales data, pipeline, and administrative marketing details
- Actively seeking out new sales account opportunities and identify any partnership opportunities
- Business planning strategy & execution of the strategy for the assigned IT product, service or solution
- Making plans, monitoring and reviewing overhead expenses in the company
- Understand customer needs, business trends, organization structure, and strategy to provide utmost IT products, services and solutions
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
- Develop plans on how to maintain strong customer relationships, with an end-in-mind to establish long-term business relationships
- Prepare and deliver appropriate meeting or presentations on products, services and solutions
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs as well as up-to-date with network market trends and awareness of competition
Qualifications
- Excellent with Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels
- Proficient in English
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem solving skills, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Min. 3 year experience in Sales, preferably in IT/Banking/Financial Service Industries industry
