A. Requirements :
- Having 1-2 years of experience in IT Industry is an advantage
- Highly motivated, able to work with targets, and a fast learner
- Japanese language minimum N3 level
- Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal communication skills & high motivation are welcome to apply
- Required language(s): Japanese, English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- Diploma or Bachelor's from any major (Preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Japanese Literature).
B. Responsibilities :
1. Building and maintaining relationships: An Account Manager is responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This involves regular communication, understanding their business needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
2. Developing account strategies: An Account Manager is responsible for developing account plans and strategies to maximize client revenue and profitability. This may involve identifying growth opportunities, cross-selling, and upselling.
3. Negotiating contracts and pricing: An Account Manager is responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
4. Coordinating with internal teams: An Account Manager works closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure clients' needs are met.
5. Managing customer issues: An Account Manager is responsible for managing any issues or concerns clients may have, and working with internal teams to resolve them.
6. Managing customer data and updating sales records in CRM system.
7. Sales administration: Create Quotation & initiate project guidance after PO received from the client
8. Reporting to Sales Team Leader: An Account Manager is responsible for providing regular reports to senior management on the performance of their accounts, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
