Account Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our product and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• To work closely with product team and develop your IT knowledge by attending training class.
• Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
• To build and maintain strong, long lasting costumer relationship in order to increase sales and their loyalty

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
• 2 years of proven success in client management
• Familiarity with sales performance metrics
• Have experience in sales and business development within the IT industry properly
• Full time, Jakarta placement
• Having knowledge of government and private sector tender processes. Familiar with tender documents
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Able to work as a team, independent, and must fast learner
