Account Manager (It Company)

An exciting Account Manager (IT Company) job has become available at an IT Company with a focus on system integration and IT distribution

:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our solutions and address client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure smooth and effective customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing exceptional service.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses to management.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to proactively identify business opportunities and challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, while nurturing and growing existing accounts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring they align with both company goals and client expectations.

To succeed in this role, you are a high achiever person, has good communication skill, and has experience in a system integrator / IT distributor company

Successful Candidate:

• 1-2 years as an Account Manager in the system integrator or IT distributor company
• Deep understanding of IT products, solutions, and services offered by the company and competitors.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and build rapport with clients.
