LUNCH ACTUALLY is Asia’s first lunch dating specialist which arranges quality dates for busy, pro-active single professionals in a discreet, fun and stress-free environment. Launched in Singapore in April 2004, Lunch Actually aims to provide a safe, convenient, and non-intimidating avenue for busy professionals to meet.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and talented Account Manager (Matchmaker) that shares the basic qualities of honesty, enthusiasm, creativity and respect for customers and co-workers. And to be part of our dynamic team, you must be adaptable, self-motivated and willing to work hard.


Responsibilities

  • Provide ad-hoc operational and events support
  • Listen to clients' feedback and perform service recovery when necessary
  • Schedule dates for clients and improve date coordination process
  • Active and outward bound communication with clients on a day-to-day basis (via chat and phone call)
  • Provide sound dating advice when asked by clients over the phone
  • Respond to clients' inquiries promptly and provide support when needed


Qualifications

  • Willingness and capacity to drive growth
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to think fast on your feet is a MUST.
  • Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any field. Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology or equivalent major is a plus.
  • Able to communicate professionally and confidently with high profile clients.
  • Passionate about helping people find love
  • You possess good work ethics and integrity
  • You can strive and perform under pressure and embrace new challenges
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to different working styles to suit different client profiles.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • You are diligent and have high attention to details
  • Experience in sales, call center, customer service, customer support, or account management is a huge plus.
