Product Manager - Ai/Saas/Llm

We are looking for a Product Manager who can create and execute our product strategy using Voice AI & LLM technology. You will build smart LLM application products that meet the needs of enterprise customers in different industries and regions. The exact scope of your role may depend on your expertise and experience, but you will be expected to:

• Conduct market research to understand the industry trends, business opportunities, customer needs, and revenue potential of various segments and target customers;
• Define the product strategy and plan based on the market positioning and competitive analysis; establish clear objectives and milestones for each product line in each country and region;
• Design the end-to-end solutions for target industries and business scenarios; translate customer problems and value propositions into product requirements, and collaborate with AI experts and engineers to turn them into technical specifications that ensure product success;
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development life cycle, from ideation to launch and beyond;
• Design and evaluate experiments that measure the business, product, and model metrics, and identify the product improvement opportunities from these data;

To be successful in this role,

• Good interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members;
• At least 3 years of experience in product management or product marketing, preferably with experience in SaaS products and AI-related products;
• Strong expertise in business or customer engagement in areas such as: FSI industry (banking, insurance, or other fin-tech domains), marketing and campaign management, chatbot and messaging, BPO and contact center, etc.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills, able to understand complex issues and identify the root causes, capable of critical thinking and making data-driven decisions;
• Passionate, result-driven, and having a can-do attitude;
• You should have: A bachelor’s degree or higher in business, psychology, communications, engineering, finance, or related fields;
