About The Role

As a key player in our customer excellence directorate, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our CRM platform for ticketing and sales systems. What You Will Do

• Define and track the success/key metrics of every initiative
• Work closely and drive collaboration with a cross-functional team (engineers, designers, and business) in delivering product excellence
• Monitor product implementation and ensure timely progress
• Translate between business to technical requirements or needs
• Manage and distribute workload to team members while maintaining team performance
• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to achieve metrics expectation
• Able to find the root cause and analyze every problem and come out with a concrete solution
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear objectives and execution details, including details on short-long term product goals
• Supervise product publication (internal/external users) to raise awareness and product usage

What You Will Need

• Background in computer engineering/business management/research is highly desired
• Independent individual, curious in mind, and proactive to make things happen
• Analytical and data-driven nature - you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project
• Problem-solving skills with clear structure and analytical thinking
• Basic to advance knowledge of data product management tools and a solid understanding of MS Excel
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence
• Possess good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. English and Bahasa
• At least 3 years of experience in product management roles
