Regional Program Manager, Platform Fulfillment

We are seeking a passionate, driven and entrepreneurial individual to join us in building the largest and most innovative tech-driven logistic company and ecosystem in Southeast Asia. This role sits within the regional Platform Fulfilment team, you will work closely with internal Platform and Channel partners to identify and drive strategic business initiatives and guide them to completion. In this role, you will interface broadly with internal cross-functional stakeholders as well as external partners. Ideal candidate can think strategically and tactically, drive decision and execution based on strong data analysis and deep operation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to support decision making and recommend improvements, and develop presentation, dashboard, progress reports to manage expectation of stakeholders.
• Identify root causes or opportunities, start new initiatives, produce business requirement, coordinate and collaborate with cross functional team to define, drive executions of program to achieve intended objectives, within scope, timeline and resource.
• Empower regional and country stakeholder with policies, guidelines/SOP, tools. R&R, and key metrics to ensure cross team resonance and achieve business success
• Work closely with country teams to support local execution within regional framework and governance.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to co-create programs aimed at creating a competitive fulfillment differentiation and experience for our customer and increase volume share of Lazada Logistics.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Strong analytical, proficient in excel, comfortable dealing with big data for analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated passion for customers and partners, with proficiency in developing and implementing experience- related KPIs.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity in logistic, supply chain, or eCommerce is a big plus.
• 5+ years' project management, supply chain consulting and/or solution design, preferably in eCommerce industry
• Strong problem-solving skill and detail-oriented.
• Experience in being part of or leading full project lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as SQL is a plus.
• Take charge in situation of ambiguity and adapt quickly to fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to advocate and influence without direct authority.
