Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

5+ years' project management, supply chain consulting and/or solution design, preferably in eCommerce industry

Perform data analysis to support decision making and recommend improvements, and develop presentation, dashboard, progress reports to manage expectation of stakeholders.

Knowledge and familiarity in logistic, supply chain, or eCommerce is a big plus.

Demonstrated passion for customers and partners, with proficiency in developing and implementing experience- related KPIs.

Experience in being part of or leading full project lifecycle.

Strong business acumen with exposure to complex commercial management

Experience in logistic, operations, industrial Engineering, supply chain in eCommerce industry will be an added advantage

Highly analytical with excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience with data visualization tools such as SQL is a plus

Manage and assist workload during peak time to maintain service to customer

Manage relationship with internal Contact Centre and external to follow up customer’s request and solve complaint.

Have capability to monitor outstanding all service request and complaint

Fulfill and resolve all customer service request and complaint

Perform team monitoring and coaching to improve team performance

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopee, and order management systems

Proficient in using basic computer applications and software, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management tools

Process and fulfill orders for AlloFresh products purchased through e-commerce platform (ShopeeMall, Tokopedia Official Store, TikTok Shop, etc)

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery

Monitor inventory levels and update stock information as needed

Maintain records of order fulfillment activities and update relevant systems

- Skilled in Warehouse Management System.

- Update daily activity report and report to Warehouse Manager.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position and experienced in managing a big team.

- Confident and skilled in using Microsoft Office.

- Carry out operational processes for fulfilling customer orders properly, correctly and efficiently.

- Understand GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GDP (Good Distribution Practice), ISO, 5R.
